Return & Exchange Window

Customers are eligible to request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving their order.

Eligible Return Conditions

A return or exchange request will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, tags, and protective films intact

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

Non-Eligible Return Conditions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been used, worn, or damaged after delivery

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product

  • Change of mind or personal dislike after receiving the correct product

  • Items purchased on sale, discount, or part of a clearance promotion

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement is not possible

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 3–5 working days after the returned item is received and inspected

  • We do not offer cash refunds at delivery or refunds without product verification

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is from our side (wrong or faulty item sent)

  • In case of an exchange, the new product will be dispatched once the original item is received and verified
